How long does it take you to paint a custom doormat?

Once we have a design approved by you it will take 2-4 business days for us to paint and dry your mat so it is ready for shipping.  If you need your doormat by a specific date, please email us to check if we can accommodate hello@dapahgifts.com.au

How long does it take you to print my custom Metal Wall Art?

Once we have received and checked your image is large enough for printing it will take us 1-2 business days for us to print and press your Wall Art so it is ready for shipping.  If you need your Metal Wall Art by a specific date, please email us to check if we can accommodate hello@dapahgifts.com.au

Do you offer Wholesale / Bulk Orders?

Absolutely!  Email us hello@dapahgifts.com.au if you would like to stock our Doormats and/or Metal Wall Art.  We are a small business and understand the challenges of small business so we try to keep our minimum order quantities as low as we can while still being able to provide you with a good wholesale price.  

I am local to Sunshine Coast, can I collect my order?

Yes, we offer a limited free pick up option.  You will need to make a set time and day for collection and bring a copy of your order (printed or email on your phone) as well as photo ID for your pick up.

Can I track my gift?

Yes.  Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

How can I ensure an invoice isn’t included with the Gift?

We don’t include invoices with the majority of our orders as they are generally gifts.  Your order confirmation and invoice is only sent electronically via email when you place your order.  

Can I customise a gift?

Absolutely!  Email us hello@dapahgifts.com.au to chat about your custom requirements.

How long do you take to process standard orders?

Place your order by 2.00pm to have your item(s) sent on the courier the next day.  We use Aramex as our couriers (subject to change without notice), shipping generally takes 1-4 working days.

Are you an Australian Company?

Yes we are!  While we (Frances and troy) originate from New Zealand, we now live on the beautiful Sunshine Coast in Queensland.

Do you do custom Corporate orders?

Absolutely!  We love working with our Corporate clients to create a special package that encompasses our client’s brand and company messaging.  We have corporate branding options including logo stickers, branded cards and custom printed ribbons for the boxes.  Note that these custom orders add processing times to allow for the special printing (an additional 5 working days).

We realise that effective custom branding isn't just about a logo or design—it encompasses your values, messaging, customer experience, and the emotions evoked by your brand. Do you have Afterpay?

Yes we do!  You can select this payment option at checkout.  We also accept all major credit cards and bank payments.

Do you allow pre-orders?

Yes we do, you can pre-order any of our products any time during the year. 

When ordering for Christmas (especially our Gift Boxes) we highly recommend that you get your order in by 8 December to ensure you don’t miss out and we can get your order out and delivered before Christmas.

Do you run any special deals or discounts?

Yes, we love to share some love by treating our valued customers with special deals.  Any special deals are announced to our VIP Club Members first (they get first dibs) and then announced on our social media pages on Facebook and Instagram.

I would like to send 2 glasses with my Cocktail Gift Box. Is this possible?

Yes!  You can upgrade your Cocktail Gift Box to 2 glasses & extra snacks for a flat rate of $20.  Alternatively, you can swap out the cocktail shaker (if any) and replace it with a second glass.  There are options for these on each product page.

I have moved, can I change my address for my Monthly Mystery Subscription?

 Absolutely.  Please email us as soon as you have a moving date with your new address so we can update your details in our system and make sure you do not miss out on your monthly treat.
